Terms and Conditions

 

  • All invoices must be settled within 14 days of the completion date.
  • All products remain the property of Suffolk Chimney Liners until payment is made in full. and we reserve the right to disconnect any and all products that remain unpaid.

  • Any complaints regarding our products or services must be made in writing no later than 10 days after the date of completion.
  • If we (Suffolk Chimney Liners or a debt collection agency) have to take steps to recover overdue amounts the customer will have to pay in full all expences, costs and fees incurred in the process of recovery or litigation.
  • All prices are correct at time of estimate, and are valid for 30 days. (Subject to manufacturer's price variants)
  • Please note that a security deposit of 50% is required before parts are ordered and are non refundable
  • Extras, additions and unforeseen circumstances will be priced accordingly with the customers prior consent.
  • These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
  • Please note that these terms do not reflect on the integrity of our customers but are a legal requirment. E&OE.
